Question 2: How much does it cost to get started?

There are no upfront costs to join the Better Connect Partner Program—your primary investment is your time and effort. However, if you’re looking for a faster start, we offer an optional monthly subscription that gives you access to our Done-For-You Sales Blueprint, complete with tools, training, and resources to help you launch and grow your telecom sales business with confidence.

Question 3: How much money can I make?

Your earning potential is unlimited and depends on your effort. Commissions range from $25-40+ per service, with additional bonuses for high performance.

Question 4: How and when will I be paid?

Payments are typically made bi-weekly after the first 30 days of onboarding, dependent on the customer's installation date. Mailed checks are often available for convenience, but direct deposit or other methods are available upon request.

Question 5: What happens if a customer has an issue with their service?

We recommend offering as much support as you can to your client. However, our corporate team at Xfinity handles all customer support and service troubleshooting. Your role is to assist with the initial sale and provide a convenient ordering experience.

Question 6: Are there any contracts or commitments?

The program offers a 90 day onboarding period, with no long-term contracts, allowing you the flexibility to scale up or step back as needed. After 90 days, a standard agreement will be in place for contractors.
