Refer potential customers and assist them in connecting with Better Connect representatives.
Inform clients on the benefits of Better Connect, helping them make informed decisions.

How it Works:

Through this partnership, Real Estate Professionals can offer clients a "white glove" ordering experience that simplifies the move-in process by establishing their communication and entertainment solutions before move-in day — at no extra cost!

Submit Your Referral

Once your client has signed their lease, you can submit their information as a courtesy service request through our referral form. You’ll receive a confirmation text once the referral is submitted

Courtesy Communication Sent

After the referral is submitted, your client will receive a courtesy text message introducing them to our service. Also, an introductory email that includes current provider promotions tailored to their needs.

Courtesy Call Made

Around 2–3 weeks before the move-in date, your designated courtesy representative will personally reach out to your client. They will assist with scheduling the installation and answering any questions about their service setup.

Get Paid!

For every client who successfully connects with Better Connect AI through the Preferred Partner Program, you’ll earn a referral bonus! Referral checks will be mailed to your office 5–6 weeks after the customer’s service is installed.

We are authorized partners who connect business & customers to 200+ reliable Internet, TV, and home solutions. We offer a seamless, personalized service experience while providing you a unique opportunity to earn income through referrals and sales.

Question 2: How much does it cost to get started?

There are no upfront costs to join the Better Connect Partner Program—your primary investment is your time and effort. However, if you’re looking for a faster start, we offer an optional monthly subscription that gives you access to our Done-For-You Sales Blueprint, complete with tools, training, and resources to help you launch and grow your telecom sales business with confidence.

Question 3: How much money can I make?

Your earning potential is unlimited and depends on your effort. Commissions range from $25-40+ per service, with additional bonuses for high performance.

Question 4: How and when will I be paid?

Payments are typically made bi-weekly after the first 30 days of onboarding, dependent on the customer's installation date. Mailed checks are often available for convenience, but direct deposit or other methods are available upon request.

Question 5 : Can I refer businesses as well as tenants/clients?

Yes, the program allows you to sell our partner services to both residential and business clients.

Question 6: What happens if a customer has an issue with their service?

We recommend offering as much support as you can to your client. However, our corporate team at Xfinity handles all customer support and service troubleshooting. Your role is to assist with the initial sale and provide a convenient ordering experience.

Question 7: Are there any contracts or commitments?

The program offers a 90 day onboarding period, with no long-term contracts, allowing you the flexibility to scale up or step back as needed. After 90 days, a standard agreement will be in place for contractors.
